Registered Riding Pony Gelding Chestnut 12.2hh 7YO Quiet and very friendly boy who has done pony club and trail riding with his previous 8 year old child rider. Has been extensively handled by kids and can be caught, saddled and bridled by them. Very patient and forgiving. This boy is a confidence builder as is happy to go slow at all paces but he will also do well under a more experienced child who will enjoy getting him to perform at his best. Not for an absolute beginner unless under experienced supervision. Goes absolutely beautifully on the lunge- very obedient to voice commands and has been used extensively as a leadline pony giving 10 kids a pony ride on the one day without a murmur. He does call out when ridden on his own but doesn't fizz, shy or muck-up. Soft snaffle mouth. Currently in full work and having weekly lessons with an adult rider to give him a tune up after a 12 month break from being ridden. Has a pretty head, lovely length of rein and is very well put together-will do well at shows with his looks.
