“Seven Hills Tallarook”, Melbourne, Victoria as the name suggests, sits on seven very picturesque Hills, with views to Seymour, Puckapunyal, Broadford and the Tallarook State Forest which is approximately one hours drive north from Melbourne CBD. We operate as a commercial Meat Goat Farm, supplying Metropolitan Melbourne Restaurants and Butchers with fine quality Australian Boer Goat Meat.

Established in 2007, originally on 600 acres, we are now spread over two properties and 700+ acres, with over 2000+ Australian Boer Goats including Full Blood South African Boers, Kalahari Reds and Boer infused commercial breeding does. We pride ourselves as being an Australian owned company and providing the highest quality meat to prominent chefs and restaurants around Australia. We cater for the domestic Capretto, and Chevon, markets as well as the live export market.

At Seven Hills Tallarook we use sustainable energy to produce our own electricity harnesing wind and solar power. Our pristine water comes from captured rain water, underground bores and natural river systems.

Our animals roam freely in 20 to 40 acre paddocks. Each paddock is equipped with shelter to protect our animals from the elements. They are fed a rich diet of Pallets which are readily available on demand and are hand fed fresh fodder 3 times a week that is delicately sprouted in our own fodder factory.

Our key strengths lie in the ability to produce our own product from “paddock to plate”. We guarantee both quality and consistency without compromise.
